Cherepovets
The World Wide Outreach Ministries has a project in Russia called “Light of Hope”. The Lord commands us in His Word, to look after widows and orphans.

In obedience to this command, Linda and I felt lead, together with Pastor Lewis and Gwenn Smith from Belfast, to build a shelter for the Children in Cherepovets, who would normally spend most of their day wondering the streets because of their horrible situations at home.
