Worldwide Outreach Ministries was founded by Pierre and Linda Meyer and has been operating since 1987.

Over the past years they have organized Outreaches with the local churches in the North and South of Ireland, United Kingdom, Russia, Estonia, Denmark, Malta, Spain and Portugal with great results.
